The main objective of this White Book is to gather all materials, reports, tools, and recommendations in one comprehensive document, to create an overview of all the new strategic actions and instruments proposed by the ASIS consortium, together with concrete implementation methodologies and procedures.
Its objective is to support national, regional and local authorities to implement the change and help them to play a crucial role as actors and supporters of this new vision of innovation and value system.
